When you sign in with Epic Games, FortMint receives the minimum Epic Account Services data needed to authenticate you: your Epic account ID and display name. When you use creator claims, we also store the island creator code you verify, your selected public Solana payout address, verification timestamps, claim amounts, and transaction signatures.

Launch and fund activity is also recorded, including public island codes, coin addresses, fund balances, allocations, and blockchain transaction history. We may process ordinary technical data such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and security or rate-limit signals.

We use this information only to authenticate users, match eligible island creators, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, send authorized payouts, operate and secure FortMint, troubleshoot errors, and comply with law. We do not sell Epic account data or use it for advertising.

Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that help us run the service, including Epic Games for authentication, Railway for application and database hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and network security, and Solana infrastructure providers for blockchain requests. Public wallet addresses and transaction details are visible on the Solana blockchain by design. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service.

We retain Epic account data only while it is needed to provide creator authentication and claims, resolve disputes, prevent duplicate payouts, or meet legal obligations. Claim records and public blockchain references may be retained for accounting and security. We use access controls, encrypted secrets, secure cookies, and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can sign out at any time and change your payout wallet in the creator claim flow. To request access, correction, or deletion of your FortMint account data, email [email protected] from the address associated with your request. We will verify the request and delete eligible Epic account data promptly. Data that is already public on a blockchain cannot be altered or deleted by FortMint.

FortMint is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly use Epic Account Services to collect data from children under 13.
